GCSE Success For King's Liverpool

Back

This year, we achieved significant improvement in the proportion of students securing grades 4 and 5 or above in both English and Maths. Our Attainment 8 score also increased for the fourth consecutive year, demonstrating a sustained upward trend in outcomes. These achievements reflect the ambition, resilience and hard work of our students, together with the unwavering dedication of our staff and the continued support of our families.

There have been many individual success stories across the Class of 2026.

Evangeline led the way with an outstanding five grade 9s and three grade 8s, achieving grades 8 or 9 in every subject.

Mariya made exceptional progress, securing two grade 9s and three grade 8s and significantly outperforming her starting points.

Renad produced a superb all-round performance, achieving four grade 8s, four grade 7s and a Distinction* in Health and Social Care.

Evangeline, Mariya and Renad are three exceptional students whose achievements exemplify the aspiration, determination and belief demonstrated by the Class of 2026.

While we will continue working relentlessly to raise standards and improve outcomes for every student, today is an opportunity to celebrate how far our academy has come and, most importantly, the achievements of our young people.

I want to thank our students for their commitment, our staff for going above and beyond, and our parents and carers for their continued encouragement and support.

Congratulations to the entire Class of 2026. We are immensely proud of you and excited to see what you achieve next.

Credimus – We Believe.
